A 2-minute upper-body reset that targets the lats, chest, and mid-back – three soft-tissue areas central to shoulder posture.

The lat stretch leans into a wall or desk edge to lengthen the broad side muscle. The butcher block then opens lats and chest at once. The doorway pec stretch isolates the chest, and Y T W raises wake up the rear shoulder muscles.

The lats are often the missing link in posture work – tight, they pull the shoulders forward and limit overhead reach, but they get less attention than the pecs. Including lat-specific work alongside chest work tends to produce better postural results.
