A one-minute thoracic rotation drill for the upper back, perfect for loosening a stiff mid-back without leaving the floor.

You'll lie on your side and rotate the top arm open, one side then the other. Thirty seconds each way is enough to feel the upper back release and breathing open up a little.

A stiff thoracic spine is a root cause of forward-leaning posture. A quick daily dose of rotation keeps the mid-back moving so the neck and shoulders don't take the load.
