A 2-minute reset that follows the lengthen-then-activate protocol used in posture therapy, opening the chest first and then waking the upper back.

The doorway pec stretch and butcher block open the chest and lats first – the two areas that tighten silently during sitting. Wall angels and Y T W raises then shift to activation, bringing the small muscles around the shoulder blades back into the conversation.

The "stretch then activate" order is a common protocol in posture work. Briefly releasing the over-tight tissue makes it easier for the weaker antagonists to fire properly.
