A two-minute rotation and shoulder-opening set for the upper back and shoulder blades, good for anyone whose shoulders creep forward at a desk.

You'll thread each arm under and across to rotate the upper back, then open the shoulders overhead and slide the arms up a wall. Expect a deep stretch through the mid-back and shoulders that sit a little lower by the end.

Rounded-shoulder posture comes largely from a stiff upper back and tight shoulders. Regular thoracic rotation and scapular work is linked in research to more balanced shoulder positioning.
